1.What is BYOC? BYOC is India's biggest Bring Your Own Computer/Console LAN gaming event. BYOC also hosts tournaments, large & small. Basically it's an enormous LAN party. 2. What is LAN PARTY? LAN PARTY is a temporary setup of computers which are network together primarily for the purpose of playing multiplayer computer games. 3.What are the Event dates? BYOC will be held on 21-22-23 June, will start from 11 AM in the morning till sunday morning. 4. Where is BYOC ? Viswa Yuwak Kendra (Auditorium at the Ground Floor), off Teen Murti Marg, opp. Chankya Puri Police Station, Just behind Police Memorial.For the direction we recommend to use mapmyindia direction sevice. Open the 'View Larger Map' of second map located on LOCATION page. 5. What do i need to bring to event? Here are the things that each attendee should bring to BYOC. - PC/Laptop - Power Cables of CPU, Monitor. - Keyboard, mice, headphone, etc. - Power Spikes. 6. Can i bring my low config PC? Yes, till the time u can play at least CS. 7. Can i bring my Console? Yes! Xbox, PS, Wii etc. are welcome. But make sure to carry your own TV/LCD/PLASMA to connect the console. 8. Suggested Game titles to be played? - Crysis - NFS Pro-Street - Counter Strike - Call of Duty 2 - UT III - Fifa 08 - Dota - Halo on Xbox - Any other game which u like to play. 9. How can i participate in the Tournaments, will i be allowed to register for all the tournaments? Details coming soon. 10. What is cost of Registration? One time entry fees of Rs. 100/- per person. 11. Where do i need to pay for the registration? You have to pay at the venue. 12.What do i do if i dont want to bring my PC? No Problem! U can take a Gaming PC on rent from the organizers. 13. What Will be the rentals for the Lcd's, & PC? See News & Announcements for the Rentals. 14. How to Register?
