Travel

All participants at BYOC Summer 2012 are responsible for organizing their own travel arrangements. BYOC is helping out with accommodation by allowing participant's a place in the common sleeping area.

If participants are not satisfied with the sleeping area, they are responsible for organizing their own accommodation.

Location

BYOC will be held at seventh floor of Ambience Mall, Gurgaon. The venue will offer a good time to all gamers with plenty parking, good eating joints & other entertainment avenues.

Ambience mall is among the top malls of Delhi/NCR. Key landmarks -

Important Venue Info

1. Enter the mall building from Gate no. 4

2. Park your cars on the ground parking opposite Gate no. 4

3. Don't park in basement parking as it is only till 11.00 PM

4. Contact mall helpdesk for any assistance

Hotels

Use www.chaklo.com to find nearby hotels, it is very accurate and useful.

Nearest budgeted decent hotels are located on NH8 highway in Mahipalpur. (next to airport) You can find many hotels on walk-in basis also in this belt.

Travel Modes

The best way to reach the venue is by Radio Cab. Book them 1 day prior over phone. A little expensive but is the most convienent way to reach. Gamers arriving by Train or Bus are also advised to book the cab over phone, from station/ bus stop to venue.

By Metro: nearest station is MG Road. From there you have 2 options
