BYOC Summer 2012

The registration process is almost similar as last time.

Important: Registration & PC rental is only online, not at venue.

Last Date of Registration: 14th June, 2012 (if seats are left till then)

Steps:

1. Download the excel file (download link)

2. Fill the form (it is advisable to register as a group if you play team games and want the seats together)

3. Just fill the quantity of seats needed & computer rental (if any) in excel sheet's "Payment Calculator"

4. See your total amount.

5. Deposit the total amount in an ICICI Bank near you. (online transfers & cheque deposit are also allowed)

6. Fill the money deposit details under "Payment Details" section.

7. Email the filled form to us at info@xtremegaming.in

8. You will get the registration number in your email within 7 days.

9. Remember your registration number & bring the ICICI Bank cash deposit slip/transfer print-out at the venue.

10. Collect your Pre-Printed I-Cards with your name from the counter.

Charges

LAN Party Seat: Rs. 1,000/- (the full BYOC experience)

LAN Party Seat: Rs. 500/- (the full BYOC experience) : Till 10th May (Closed now)

Access to the event 24/7
Table in the LAN Party arena for your computer, monitor and console.
Chair (You can also bring your own if you want to sit more comfortable)
LAN access
Multi-Socket Power outlet (All common pin type supported)
Access to sleeping area. (You can also bring your own sleeping gear)
Access to attend all official e-Sports tournaments.

Tournament Pass: Rs. 500/-

Access to the event 24/7
Ability to attend all single-player e-Sports tournaments.
Access to sleeping area. (You can also bring your own sleeping gear)

This type of ticket is meant to those gamers who wish to attend the event without bringing their PC's or wish to participate in only single-player tournaments. This ticket is also perfect to those who just want to visit the event as visitors staying for whole duration/staying in nights.

CPU: Rs. 1000/-

LCD: Rs. 1000/-

Information:

Lan Party seat = 2.5 feet x 2.5 feet (Buy 2 seats if you require more space)
Lan Party seat only allotted to gamers bringing their own PC's or taking PC on a rent.
Team tournaments only for lan party seat holders.
Single player game tournament at sponsors booth.
Tournament Pass/Lan Party seat is needed to play any single player games.
After 9 pm only gamers with lan party seat/Tournament pass would be allowed in arena.
Tournament pass holders can use the sleeping zone.
General visitor allowed only between 10am - 9pm, all general visitor must leave the arena by 9 pm.
Keyboard, mouse, etc. if needed will be provided free with the lcd or cpu.
CPU & LCD choice available at venue based on first-come-first-served basis.
